I support individuals and couples in learning to understand their experiences better so they can feel less stuck, lost, or alone.
Past traumas can show up in the present in many different ways: affecting our work, our health, and our relationships. We often spend a lot of energy struggling with our emotions in an effort to cope.
I believe acknowledging and allowing space for difficult emotions can ease the very issues we try to get rid of. We then have more energy to live the life we want.
Building awareness of our pain helps in our healing from it, which increases our resilience.
That is the art of wisdom.
