I provide support to adults who are feeling trapped by emotional pain and want to heal through it so they can discover their authentic selves.
I believe acknowledging and allowing space for difficult emotions can ease the very issues we try to get rid of. We then have more energy to live the life we want instead of the life we were programmed for.
Learning to be self-compassionate and mindfully present is the main focus of therapy with me.
I am trained in EMDR therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I would love to work together on helping you find the inner peace you deserve.
