Hi! I am a Registered Social Worker and Therapist based in Toronto, Ontario. I am passionate about helping individuals tap into their inner wisdom through self-awareness and self-compassion so they can lead healthier and happier lives.
I believe acknowledging our experiences and moving towards allowing space for them can ease the very issues we try to get rid of. We then have more energy to live the life we want.
Building awareness of our pain helps in our healing from it, which increases our resilience.
Human suffering is a normal part of our lives. This means we can often spend a lot of energy trying to find ways to cope and still feel stuck, lost, or alone.
That is the art of wisdom.
