Get to know me...
I'm Sonya Deol. Welcome to my practice!
You might be here because you've been dealing with challenging thoughts, are having a difficult time in your life, and/or just want to feel better.
Emotional pain can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and lonely to the point where we may not be able to enjoy our life in the present. Knowing this, therapy with me centres on care and understanding. My hope is to help you become more aware of your pain and how you relate to it, so that you can live a rich and meaningful life!
Throughout my social work career, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, conflict, grief/loss, trauma, violence, substance use, and human trafficking.
Counselling and therapy can be helpful for many of life's challenges. I believe that it's in our nature as humans to want to grow, and some support along the way never hurts! If you want to learn more about how I can help you, call me at 365-305-0113 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I offer counselling services through teletherapy (phone/video) and in-person.
